How long does bread stay fresh?

It depends on the loaf and your kitchen. Most customers find their bread keeps a crisp crust and soft crumb noticeably longer than in plastic or paper.

Will my bread get moldy?

The bag lets excess moisture escape, which is what slows mold down. Always let fresh bread cool fully before you bag it.

How big is the bag?

12.4 × 16.7 in (31.5 × 42.5 cm). It fits a large loaf or several rolls.

How do I clean it?

Shake out crumbs and wipe the lining with a cool, damp cloth. No hot water, no dishwasher.

How long does it last?

1–2 years with normal use. Refresh the lining with a ReWax Bar to extend its life.

Can I put it in the fridge or freezer?

We recommend room temperature. The fridge makes bread go stale faster.
