30-day returns

Not happy with your order? Contact us at our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll help you with a return or exchange.

How returns work

Please email us before sending anything back so we can share the return address and instructions. Items should be returned in the condition you received them.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us a short description and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Your rights

Customers in the UK can cancel an order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; our 30-day return window covers this.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the credit.
